These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vivamed.com (the “Site”), which is made available by VivaMed BioPharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“VivaMed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site is a brochure-style website intended to provide general information about VivaMed, our business, and our portfolio of drug assets under management, and to allow you to contact us.

All claims must be brought within one (1) year or they are permanently barred.

VivaMed may terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time without notice. Legal provisions survive termination.
16. Assignment
VivaMed may assign these Terms without notice. You may not assign without written consent.
17. Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms. No waiver is valid unless in writing.
